CDRoboWipe is optimized to offer you a fast and accurate cleaning service for your high-rise building, such as skyscrapers, hotels, hospitals, etc.
Our innovative solution which is a cable-driven planar robot, can access all positions of the building exterior. The cable-driven robot is a new structure of a robot whose movement is done by cables and rotating actuators under a controlling algorithm. The position and speed of the cleaner end-effector are controlled from stands at the corners of the facade of the building. Electrical motors as robot actuators are fixed on stands at corners and controlled by the main computer.
The whole process of the installation could be done in a couple of hours. After installation, before starting to clean, the robot gathers the 3D information of the facade of the construction including the exact position of the windows, bulges, and indents by a 3D scanner.
In the second step, the 3D information from the last step is used to control the position, speed, and depth of the end-effector. The cleaner end-effector of the specified robot equipped with wiper, steam, cleaning spray, water jet, rotating micro-fiber cloth for the cleaning process, and optical UV cleanliness sensor for feedback on the result.
Revolute and prismatic joints of the end-effector are designed to completely access all points of the detected window.
